Their attorneys were very forceful and lied to me and told me I was going to jail if I didn’t sign over my rights. Also, said that the mother was signing rights over as well so that her parents could adopt her for insurance purposes. She actually has full custody of her now and has married and is filling my daughter’s mind with lies. The child had not even been born yet and no paternity test been done. I was 16 and she was 15 at the time. Now I am a prospering VP for a bank and miss her everyday with no communication. I just want to see her, even if its for a couple of hours a week.

You need to seek legal help from an attorney in your area as soon as you possibly can. There are generally statutes of limitation to set things aside but not if they are based upon things like coercion, fraud, etc. Plus, did you have an attorney representing you at the time you signed over your rights? You were a minor. That may help too. Good luck to you.
