What are my rights if I recently bought a home and was mislead as to its condition?

 State law regulates disclosure of defective conditions regarding real estate. Typically, they require that potential buyers be told all material facts about the condition of a property that is for sale. Additionally, pursuant to a purchase and sale agreement, a buyer and seller establish a contractual relationship; it is the terms of the contract that also determine the rights of the parties.
