I received a Notice of Probate

Hi. I received a Notice of Probate stating that my
Uncle’s Will was probated on November 22, 2017. Does
this mean I am a beneficiary in his Will?

I am so sorry for your loss.  That is a little late to receive the Notice.  It means that it is likely that you were a beneficary or would have been under the law should he have died without a Will.  Go to the Probate Court where it was filed and take a look at the Will and Petition and start from there.  It is a public record.  Good luck.
