If I received a speeding ticket, however the officer did not sign the ticket, print his name, or list the department/troop/code, would this void the ticket?

You may want to argue, or have an attorney argue on your behalf that the ticket is void on its face, however this will be a determination the judge will have to make as to whether or not he or she will dismiss the ticket.
