If I purchased a car with a warranty but because a certified dealer performedinadequate work the manufacturing isn’t honoring it, who is at fault?

The dealer we bought it from didn’t disclose the problems with the car. We haven’t had our vehicle for a month while repairs were being performed. Now the manufacturer isn’t willing to work on the car anymore because a different certified dealer used the wrong parts on a previous repair. Do we have a case?

You have a case against the car warranty company and you may wish to file a complaint against the car warranty company with the attorney general in your state and possibly the department of insurance. As to improper repair, file a complaint with the same attorney general and explain that if the company doesn't pay for these improper repairs since the warranty will not be honored, that you will sue for contribution or reimbursement.
