If I owe child support rearage for my 30 year old son and his mother has died, do I stiil owe and, if so, to who?

I am so sorry for your loss.  If his Mother was the beneficiary of the money and the arrears are documented then you would owe that money to her estate.  Her estate - and a Personal Representative appointed on its behalf - has the right to collect on any and all debts owed to her at the time of her death.
