What kind of attorney do I need if my children were victims of sexual abuse by my ex?

The state is only concerned of winning and not about my children. They are doing nothing to protect them in court or make it more comfortable. I was told I could hire an attorney to look out for them to make sure that they are protected in court against both sides. What kind of attorney does this. I can’t find the information anywhere only that I should get them one.

You might want to try contacting a family law attorney.  Some family law attorneys might take the case to protect your children.

Your County Bar Association probably has an attorney referral service that could refer you to a family law attorney.
