If I found money on the casino floor but didn’t return it and played the money insted, what do I do if I was arrested?

I didn’t know that it was against the law. I need counsel.

I would need more information as to what you were specifically charged with or arrested for. It is not a crime to "find" money anywhere, but it is a crime if the money was obtained by way of larceny, fraud, embezzlement, or other fradulent means. Please provide me with more specific information as to what your were exactly arrested for. Thanks.
