What can happen if I’m being sued from a car accident but have insurance and according to the police report the other party was at fault?

My insurance company is representing me at my trial but if I were to loose is my insurance company responsible for the payment of the lawsuit?

Yes, if you lose the lawsuit, your insurance company will have to pay.  It does not matter in the civil case what the police report says about who was to blame in the accident.  That is a separate criminal matter.
