If I’m a felon on parole, is it legal for me to rent a room and live in a residence with someone who grows medical marijuana with a license in their back yard?

The terms of your parole will govern what you can and can not do and you should discuss these terms and your situation with your attorney.  On the outside looking in it seems that if the business is legal under the law you could not be held in violation of parole. But please double check.
