What are my legal options if I just found out that my marriage license was obtained with incorrect information of the date of birth and place of birth of my husband?

Your mariage is still legal. The law does not invalidate significant relationships, (licenses, contracts, deeds, etc.) due to minor errors such as spelling, typographical and the like. So long as it's clear that your husband is the person referred to then you are married.
