I have not been paid basically for two months now. My last pay check I cashed was dated 4/12/09 and todays date is 6/13/09. What can I do?

I dont know what to do about this situation.

Run, run, run to your Dept of Labor.  If you are a regular employee with a weekly or bi-weekly pay schedule, you should have been paid already.
