Can be arrested for DUI if I blow a .01 or higher while I have a newborn in the car or do regular DUI/DWI laws apply?

You can always be arrested for DUI if the officer believes your driving to be impaired, regardless what the breathalizer reading is, and regardless whether you are driving with a baby in the car.  It does not matter who is in the car; it only matters whether you are driving while impaired.
