What to do if I have been terminated from my job for stealing almost $10,000?

I did not do it but and they are still investigating. Can I file umemployment and when they find out that I did not do this, is there anything that I can do to get compensation for all they are putting me through and my loss of wages?

If you were terminated from work due to alleged theft which you did not do, I would consult with a labor attorney, make a claim with your local department of labor and make a claim for unemployment benefits sooner rather than later. An attorney can be found via attorneypages.com.
