I have been laid off from my job for over a year and i am considering bankruptsy but i was discharged from a chapter 7 in 12/2005what can i do ?

You may not be able to reapply for Chapter 7.  You cannot use the bankruptcy system as simply getting out of debt -- it is not a get out of jail free card. 

Have you applied for unemployment? Have you looked for ANY TYPE OF WORK?
