If you have an interlock device on your vehicle where someone is tested positive for blood alcohol content with respect the vehicle, your privilege to drive the car will be immediately suspended pending a heraing on the matter where any suspended sentence that you may have could be imposed due to the prior DUI and the violation of the interlock device.
