If I have a past balance of child support and CHS has put a lein on my personal bank account, can I protect myself with a business account?

I dispute the balance suppossedly owed. CHS put on lien on for anything over $3,500.

Although I can understand that there is a dispute, an attorney can not advise you how to avoid a legal obligation or circumvent the law. What I would suggest that you do is to hire an attorney to help you dispute the issue and remive the lien.
