if I have a home daycare structured as a LLC , is my home be considered a business or personal asset?

Is my home at risk from a lawsuit against my business.

Whether or not your home is considered a business or personal asset depends upon whether your home's title is held in the name of your limited liability company or held in your personal name. If the home's title is in the name of the limited liability company it is a business asset. If not, it is a personal asset.
