I had my spouse served and I had to reserve her with a citation.

They were unsuccessful at 3 attempts and messages to serve her. What happens if
she can’t get served again. Will the judge sign my default divorce decree? I filed for
divorce in Denton County, Texas.

Failure to have your spouse served is not default. A default occurs if she is served and does not file a timely response.
If she is evading service of process, you might want to try having the process server do a stake out. Another alternative would be having her served by posting the documents on the property. Posting may require the judge's prior approval.
