If I had landscaping work done but it was not done correctly, can I withhold payment until the work has been corrected?

If the person that you hired to do landscaping work at your property did not do the work to your satisfaction you are entitled under the law to withhold payment until the work is done to your satisfaction.

I would advise the landscaper of your dissatisfaction and make it clear that payment will be made when the work is appropriately completed.
