If I had an accident with my personal vehicle while delivering pizzas and it has been 10 days since the accident, can my employer still make me take a drug test?

The employer can request you take a drug test as a condition of retaining employment, given that having an auto accident provides reasonable grounds to think that you might use drugs. You can refuse to take the test, of course, and your employer can then suspend or fire you--but that's all the employer can do; so if you're willing to lose this job if necessary, you can refuse the test.
