i had 3 tickets dive without DL total over 4000. its been ten yrs will i still have to pay these to get my DL back ?

tickets more then 10 yrs old ? whats the law on them

Yes, you will need to pay these fines. Traffic tickets do not expire. So if you want your license back, you'll have to pay the $4,000.
