I had 2 red light speeding tickets served to my 10 year old son when I was not home.
I read that the tickets need to be served to someone 14 or older. What should I
do?

Technically, you could go to court and get the tickets dismissed for lack of proper service. But the dismissal will be "without predjudice" and most likely all that will happen is they will re-serve them on you properly. Since objecting to the service will therefore not get you anything, you are probably best off accepting service, going to court, and trying to negotiate a favorable plea.
