f I had 2 DUIs within 2 months in 2 different counties, if the first county is not yet aware of my second one, what would be the consequences or chances that they will find out later?

I will be pleading guilty on my second one first. Will the charges get amended and I will be looking at triple charges as a result of not telling?

Most likely if you plead guilty to the second DUI charge the county in which the first DUI arises will sooner or later find out about the second one before the first charge is resolved. As such, I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney about your situation before the charges get amended against you. It is not your obligation to advise law enforcement about your pending matters.
