How long is a confidential informant deal enforceable?
I got in trouble for selling a small amount of drugs. I made a plea deal that included becoming a confidential informant. This was 8 years ago. I got arrest for unpaid fines recently and when they released me, they told me I have to live up to the original agreement or I will go back to jail for it. What can I do?
