By virtue of the Interstate Driver's License Compact, New Jersey will notify Florida of your DUI.  FL will then view this as your second offense.

Punishment for a second DWI is harsher in every respect: fines, jail time, driver's license consequences and more.

As to your penalty it is hard to say, it will depend on your BAC (blood alcohol count), your age, was a child in the car, was there any property damage or injuries, and other factors.

Since a DUI is a criminal matter, it is advisable to hire an attorney who specializes in this area of the law.
