IfI filed for divorce but later changed my mind, what is my next step to end the proceedings?
I filed for divorce but my husband and I no longer want a divorce. He was never served after I filed.

To end the proceedings, file a request for dismissal with the court with a proof of service showing that it was served on your husband. The request for dismissal is a form you can obtain from the court. On the dismissal form, check the boxes that say dismiss entire action, dismiss all parties. You will also see other boxes which say with prejudice or without prejudice. If you want to dismiss the case without being able to reinstate it, check with prejudice. If you think you may want to reinstate the case in the future, check without prejudice.
