If I filed for divorce 3 days before the 10th anniversary and service was made on the anniversary date, does this have any impact on the alimony if any?

The differential of three (3) days or so will have no impact in any way or form as to whether the court decides to award you spousal support (alimony) and if so its length. From what you have written, I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney to assist you in your matter.
