I filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2003, it was discharged in January 2005. Can I file chapter 13 again now? I live in SC if it makes a difference

Under the law, you can't file another Chapter 13 bankruptcy unless you received a discharge under Chapter 13 more than two years ago.

It appears you can file again.
