If I filed for Chapter 13 and I’m paying a set amount for the next 5 years, after that time is up will all my debts be paid or do I have to keep paying to keep my house which was included?

if you are keeping the house then you would have to keep paying.  if you surrendered the house the house debt is discharged along with all the other debts.
