What to do if I filed Chapter 13 about 6 months ago and listed my vehicle loan but the lender will not come toget it?

Is it legal for me to continue to drive it if it is still registered and insured? Also, the registration is up in 3 months; will I be able to register it again?

1) You can't force the lender to retrieve it if for some reason they don't deem it worth their while.

2) You can still drive it so long as it is registered and insured.

3) You will probably still be able to register it--the bankruptcy does not affect registration directly.
