What are my rights if I haven’t been paid for 2 weeks and am generally treated poorly because I am the only white girl?

Everyone else was paid. Also, my boss let a guy harass me and they just laughed it off.

If you are treated worse than other employees or harassed because of either or both of your race and/or sex, that may very well be illegal employment discrimination and you may be entitled to monetary compensation. d on what you write, it would be worthwhile for you to contact either the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission EEOC or your state equal/civil rights agency to file an employment discrimination complaint filing the complaint is free, and these agencies are generally good at determining if a complaint is valid that is, it does represent discrimination and then following-up if it is. Good luck.
