Contrary to what most people believe, child support and visitation are not related. Therefore, for example, if you are denied visitation you cannot stop paying support.
As to what to do now, you need to set up a formal visistation schedule through the courts. If one already exists but your child's mother is violating it, you will need to appear before a judge who can order that the schedule be enforced or your child's mother can be held in contempt.
