If I am in Ausralia, how can I go about getting a divorce in the US?

More details here are needed.  Why are you in Australia and is your spouse with you for starters.  In order to file for divorce in the US you need to meet residency requirements for the state in which you file PRIOR to filing.  I would speak with an attorney here in detail. Good luck.
