If I am being forced to wear a uniform at work that is made for a woman, what are my rights?

I am a man that works for a company that is mostly women. The uniform is a vest that clearly made for a women and my manager is forcing me to wear everyday. I have asked serveral times if there is any other option for me to wear because I do not feel comfortable wearing it.

It is *possible* that forcing a male employee to wear clothing that would, under reasonable or general societal standards, be considered to be inappropriate for a man and appropriate only for a woman might be sex-based harassment. The issue will depend in large part on the specific facts--e.g. what exactly does the vest look like?--and you should consult with an employment attorney in person to discuss this situation (bring the vest and any other parts of the uniform). If you the victim of sex-based harassment, you may have grounds for a lawsuit.
