If I am adopting and need a Will for the homestudy, do I include the child/children that are not yet part of my family?

Until you have completed the adoption of the children that you want i would not include them in your Will for the simple fact that if you do, the adoption does not go through and you pass with your Will as written, people who are not your children stand to inherit under your Will.
