If I’m a 16 year old girl and pregnant, can I move out of my parent’s home if it is unsanitary?

My family has lots of cats and dogs inside the house and other animals too. This is a health risk to me and my child and I was wondering is it legal for me to move out because of this health risk without asking permission of my parents?

I can surely understand how the situation may be a cause for concern for you and your unborn child.  But unless you emancipate yourself you can not just leave the house and move elsewhere.  Missouri allow a 16 year old to petition for emancipation but it is not easy.  Maybe you could speak with a close and trusted family member - as well as your parents - about allowing you to move elsewhere for your well being.  Good luck.
