I am a salaried therapist in penbsylvania exempt from overtime. Is there a minmum salary that needs to be paid?

I thought 47476 was minimum but im not
getting tgat?

No; unfortunately, the proposed increase in the exempt salary threshhold to that level was stopped from going into effect by a Texas district court. The exemption threshhold remains what it has been for many years: $23,600 per year in salary.
