What are my rights if I am a 24 year old male and my male manager likes to spank his employees?

My manager likes to spank his employees like we are a football team. He has occasionally run his hand up my butt crack as well. What can I do about this? I have notified other management that I don’t like it but he does it to them also. I have seen his action toward 5 other employees.

Complaint to Human Resources or a higher level supervisor.  Probably want to put the complaint in writing.  This could be a form of sexual harassment.  If the conduct continues or if you suffer retaliation for your complaint, find an employment attorney or file a charge with the Equal Employment Opporunity Commission.
