How do I obtain a work visa for entry into the US?

Is this for a temporary work situation?  Generally speaking, you have to file a Petition for a Non-immigrant Worker, Form I-129.  Once approved there is a whole other process.  I am going to give you a link to the Department of Immigration website to look at.  Good luck.
