How to find out if I am a beneficiary of a Trust?
My father will not talk to me about this issue and once denied there even was a trust. I recieved a certified letter today from a bank with my name and address in the letter stating it was resigning as Trustee. So there is in fact a trust. I have the account number if this helps anything.

I think that you just did indeed find out. I would bring the letter to an attorney to review and make contact with the trustee before it is too late. You may not be the beneficiary yet. If it is a Living Trust and you are the residuary beneficiary then you have no real right to the funds until probably the death of your Father. Good luck.
