how long would the sentence be for a dui and 2 priors in 1997 plus FOJ and is getting extradited back to Pa. The dui charge is from 2006

Without knowing your BAC I can't tell you what the sentence would be.  But this is your third offense within 10 years so there will be mandatory jail time.

As for the additional penalty for the FOJ, it's going to be up to the judge.  The fact that you did not voluntarily turn yourself in and had to be extradited it going to hurt you.  Frankly, you should have handled this sooner.  You've dug yourself quite a whole.
