I have been suspended for two weeks. I
just found today that I was. I was not
told this earlier. I do not feel this
fair or professional.

Do you have an employment contract or union/collective bargaining agreement the prohibits this action? Does your treatment constitute some form of legally actionable discrimination? If not, then your company's putting you on indefinite suspension is legal. The fact is that most employment is "at will" which means that a business can set the terms of employment much as it sees fit. This means that a worker can be suspended for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice, and for an unspecified period of time.
