I need to know how to write a contract dealing with signing a record label under a corporation

I suggest that you not even attempt to draft this contract on your own.  Contracts such as this are conplicated and require different contingencies and clauses to make sure the parties intent is expressed clearly in the document.  I suggest that you hire a lawyer to write one for you.  If you cannot afford one, may you can find a sample of a contract on line.  This is the last resort as i suggest that you get a lawyer or have the other party's lawyer draft it and hire a lawyer to review it before signing.
