How do you transfer a property to a trust?

An individual want to transfer his property to his trust. What language completes the blank areas of the (quit claim individual) document?

One would to actually see the documents that you have to be executed but generally speaking the grantor (your) would add the name of the trust as the grantee in the document and then file it in the appropriate county.  Have an attorney review.  Good luck.
