How do I start to give my payments again?

Paid for the first year or two. Then
became homeless for six years. Just
started working again. Wanna start
deductions again.

You can contact the Texas Attorney General and ask them to issue a wage garnishment.  On their web site, they also have a portal where you can submit your payments electronically.  They also have a new feature where you can actually go make your child support payments at Wal-Mart...so consider these other two options until a garnishment order is sent to your employer.
