How do i remove my name from a mortgage?

I have a legal separation agreement stating I m no longer responsible for the mortgage on my ex wifes house. How do I remove that mortgage from my credit report? she misses payments and is messing up my credit.

There may not be much that you can do. Your could be relieved of liability if your ex-wife refinances the mortgage. However, refinance will be possible if she has good credit and since she has missed payments, that isn't the case. Further and unfortunately, the bank is not legally bound by your separation agreement since it as not a party to it.
