How do I go about getting a divorce from husband who has re-married illegally?

We have been separated for almost 4 years, I found out he remarried in my county without divorcing me first, both marriage licenses are on record. I’m in CO, not sure where he lives, and do not want to pay for the divorce since I supported him the whole time we were together.

Unfortunatley you have no choice but to file for divorce.  The second marriage is the one that is void, not yours.  If you do not know where he is you are going to have to serve him by alternate means set by the court.  Generally publishing in a paper.  It may be a good idea to hire an investigator.  You should definitely speak with an attorney.  Good luck.
