How can I get them to fix my roof properly
Had hail damage they want to replace 12 roof vents and
shingles only around the vents which will make my roof
look terrible with 12 patches 25 other houses in a 3 block
radius and different in company’s are receiving complete
new roofs the right way to do it they will just disturb
the other parts of my roof possibly leaving me in worse
shape

If you believe that by doing this sort of "patch job", they are violating their obligations under the terms of your insurance policy--and note: the insurer's only obligations are those contained in the policy, which defines the relationship between you and them, and what each of you must do--your recourse is to sue your insurer for "breach of contract." If you can prove that what they are doing is a violation of the policy's obligations in some way, you can get a court order requiring them to pay for a new roof (or for whatever it is that the court concludes is their obligation).
