How can I get a copy of a will in Florida?

My father died in Florida and I
want to see his will if he had one.

You can ask any other professionals that you father may have used, such as a financial planner, accountant or the like; they may have had a conversation with your father regarding an attorney that he may have had do some work for him on another legal matter. Additionally, you can check his bank records to see if he paid any money to a law firm. And don't forget to check thoroughly through is personal things such as desk drawers, lock boxes, family bible, etc. Finally, see if he placed a Will for safekeeping with the probate court in the county in which he was domiciled.
